Descender I'D L version 2019 - PETZL

PETZL's I'D L self-locking descender has an integrated panic function. Designed to limit the risk of accidents, this descender also features an error-indicating trigger to prevent accidents in the event of misuse.
The AUTO-LOCK function allows you to position yourself at your workstation with ease and without the need for a stop key. The rope is blocked as soon as you release the handle, this allows you to manage a safe descent. A locking pawl has been incorporated to give you a great deal of freedom of movement, and lets you install a rope without having to disconnect the descender from your harness.
The I'D L descender is compatible with ropes from 12.5 to 13 mm in diameter and allows the handling of loads up to 280 kg.
