STOP 2019 DESCENDER - PETZL

PETZL's STOP descender, in its 2019 version, offers several adjustments compared to the old version.
The handle, which is more ergonomic, offers a better grip and improves operating comfort.

The friction zones, made of stainless steel, ensure very high durability and continuous braking quality.
This descender also has other features:

• Installation and removal, on a rope, do not require detaching it from the harness
• Self-braking system - stopping and maintaining its position, on the rope, facilities
• Possibility to add a blocker and a pedal for short rope climbs
• Easy rope manoeuvres for the passage of splits
• Orientation of the handle - towards the user - improves control of the rope scrolling
• Handle ratio provides a more comfortable descent
• Installation diagram of the rope engraved on the descender
• Locking catch - on the openable flange - allows easy installation of the rope and keeping the device connected to the harness
• Revised connection hole - longer - allows the FREINO Z
  _ descender carabiner to be turned over, thus making it impossible to lose it during transfers from the equipment carrier to the half-round carabiner
